Lead time depends upon the orders and characteristics of the parts to be manufactured. Usually, the lead time remains between 4 weeks to 6 weeks from the day company receives the orders. The transportation time from factory is not the period of the lead time. Once the company receives orders, it prepares an order confirmation document and the same is sent back to the customers via email. The order confirmation document enlists the details about lead time and expected shipment date.

Sheller strictly endeavors to meet the delivery schedule and remains very punctual. Till date, the company has a record performance for over 98% on-time deliveries. At Sheller, the shipment is done for all the orders altogether and not the partial deliveries in particular. On the shipment dates, an email is sent to customers in order to notify them about the shipment. This email would also have the copy of invoice attached with packing list.
